Booking Process
At George Fung Music, we
recognize that everyone may have different goals and visions for their event.
To guide you through your own planning process, we offer a clear and concise booking process to
help meet your planning timeline.
Step 1:
Inquiry/Consultation by Email or Phone
The goal of the
consultation is to establish a comfortable relationship and to determine
a musical ensemble to fit the vision and mood that you want to create.
We will also answer any specific questions that relate to your event to
help you plan ahead.
Step 2: Quotation and
Confirmation of Availability
Once you have chosen the
ideal musical ensemble that you would like to perform at your event, we
will confirm availability and will provide a formal quotation. If they
are not available, we will suggest other alternatives to choose from.
Step 3: Booking
You will receive a
contract to review with all the details in writing.
Step 4: Customization
For wedding ceremonies, to
help you customize the music to match the tone and mood that you want to
set, we will guide you through every step of the music selection
process, offering any possible assistance throughout this process. For
special music requests, we will make every effort to have your special
song available for your wedding ceremony.
Step 5: Final Check
To provide you with added
confidence and peace of mind, we will contact you during the week before
your event to reconfirm all of the details for the performance. We will
also coordinate with your venue, other musicians, officiant, etc. to tie
up any loose ends prior to the performance.
Step 6: Performance
After all of the music
preparation and planning, you will be able to relax with the peace of
mind that the musicians will be there early to set-up and ensure your
musical experience is everything you dreamed it would be.
Step 7: Follow Up
As part of our efforts to
continually improve our services and the overall wedding planning
experience with George Fung Music, we will follow up a few weeks after
your event to ask for feedback and suggestions.
